...when you notice the little things in life that make you happy.
...like when I see Evelyn wake up and kiss her stuffed animals good morning.
...like when I notice Ian and Evelyn looking so peaceful in their sleep.
...like when I find the perfect moment whilst shooting a photo and the natural lighting is awesome.
...like when I manage perfect balance whilst doing a challenging yoga pose.
...like when I savor a bite of a delicious dessert.
...like when I am blown away by an amazing kiss.
...like when I pitch perfect and hit the highest note in a song.
...like when I read my tarot cards and the reading is fantastic.
...like when I pray to the gods/goddesses before I sleep and feel at peace.
...like when I have amazing dreams and do not want to wake up.
...like when I get to pet extremely cute animals.
...like when I am taken out on an amazing date and do not want the date to end.
...like when I meet with someone for the first time for work and I close deals perfectly.
...like when I am camping and see the stars and moon so clearly in the sky.

"Just Like Heaven"
I'm blogging early, as I have no idea when I'll be online for leisure today (again!).
So...I just finished watching "Just Like Heaven" not too long ago.
The first time I saw it, I had no idea what to expect. Due to Evelyn heavily teething, I missed a good chunk of this movie the first time. It sucked because I really loved what little parts I watched. This time around, I saw a greater portion of the movie, which I'm grateful for.
I really think the Reese Witherspoon and Mark Ruffalo pairing is quite sweet. The chemistry between these two actors is awesome.
I've decided that this movie will always put me into a good mood. Seriously, if you haven't seen it already, do so.
My only negative review on this movie is the fact that I didn't see a sex scene. Before you judge me, I enjoy sex scenes if they're placed in the right material. With the fact that Elizabeth and David had such heavy chemistry, it was disappointing. Then again, I have only seen the television edition, so that's what I'm going off of.
Oh, and I think Jon Heder's role is priceless. I totally forgot that he was in this movie. XD

A Healthy Start To The Day
I'm making this post rather early this morning. This is because today is going to be swamped with work and studying, and I have no idea if I'm going to be back online for leisure tonight.
It feels awesome to be doing some yoga way early in the morning. If I have trouble sleeping, I usually pick a rather calming asana, and go from there to be knocked out fast. If I want to be alert for as long as possible, I go for an asana that gives me a wake up call. Combine that with some chai tea, and I'm alert as long as I want. I can't stress how yoga cures a lot of things physically! :P
Today, I went with the Dancing Sun Namaste Yoga sequence. I freaking love that asana. It always wakes me up.
Feeling pretty awesome, and can heavily focus on studying for my securities license and doing work around here. My biggest goals today are setting appointments for work, getting the laundry off of the day bed and sorted, and delivering a bunch of pictures to customers.
Oh, and as for my last post I made, I decided to finally purchase that set of Mala beads. I can't wait until they get here. It's so exciting! ^w^

Peaceful Find
I love being a Chaote. It's nice finding peace through different spiritual means.
Today, I found a pretty sweet looking mala. If you know me, you know I love prayer beads of all sorts.
This particular mala is made out of yak bones in a really neat looking pattern with smoky and clear crystals as markers. The yak whose bones are being used to make the mala died of natural causes, so no worries.
I think my favorite malas deal with bones and natural stones since they were once part of the earth and have been cleared off or have gone to the earth in the end. That's so cool.
Another cool part of this mala is that it was made by nuns. All of the proceeds help support education, building projects, and other needs that deal with Tibetan Nuns Project.

Winter Blues
*I'm apologizing in advance, as this is probably going to be another rant post*
Cons are trumping pros these days, and frankly, I'm fucking sick of it.
I'm sick of people talking bad about me behind my back, and overhearing what they say, especially if I didn't post or say what they had heard about. Loose lips sink ships, jerks.
I'm sick of dealing Debbie Downers. Your attitude is contagious, and not in a good way.
I'm fucking sick of dealing with people that are highly impatient. I try my best to be patient with you, and it's not right when you don't return the favor.
I'm sick of feeling like my dreams are being forced to be put on hold. Fuck that. If you try to hold me back, I will let your ass sink. Not cool.
UGH.
Mantra that fits my life at the moment: "Prune away the bad, keep the good."

Bad Blood
So yesterday, I had mentioned that Ian had found out that I had credit card debt...
...today, I didn't hear the end of it.
Is it so bad to think that he should move on from thinking about it, especially since I know I can pay my way for sure? I promised that if I were to have any more credit card debt that I would be responsible for it. I don't like being lectured as if I'm a little kid.
It hurts not being trusted.

New Year's Day 2013
Happy New Year everyone! I wish you all love, hope, peace, and joy during this secular New Year! <3
Anywho, this New Year has been starting off pretty fantastic, for the most part.
Ian and I both rolled twenties on a d20 dice. Rolling the dice has basically been a tradition of mine on New Year's since my old group started it. I don't associate with them very much anymore, but I still keep this tradition going out of good memories and force of habit.
I still need to give myself a New Year's tarot reading. :X
As long as I have completed this blog post by midnight PST (it never goes to MST on my end, like it should, so I only count PST), I will have completed my daily goals for this New Year, and have not broken the chain! Woohoo!
On that note, I'm still feeling the burn from my first yoga asana of the year. It's so fantastic. Sarah was a brave soul, and tried out yoga for the first time tonight. We did the first sequence found on the first season of Namaste yoga. I give her major props as a beginner going in cold turkey. She almost made it to the end! ^w^
I'm missing the Advent Calendar on Neopets already. T.T
As from my last post you should know that I got a proper New Year's kiss. It's still pretty fantastic when I'm thinking about it. ;P
My laundry still needs to be done. Undone laundry = bad Feng Shui for the New Year unless corrected quickly.
Ian, Brett, Eli, and I finally got around to doing the DBZ marathon of madness. We didn't get very far into the marathon after figuring out how we were going about things. This marathon is going to span over weekends/when everyone actually has time to get altogether. So far, we watched the main episode and the special both dealing with Bardock.
After being in lala land for a bit, due a heavy hit from the plum wine cocktails I made, I kind of woke up to Ian telling me that we were going to see a movie together. I totally thought he was joking, and went back to sleep.
I get woken up a second time. Ian found out that I had credit card debt. I didn't say anything to him, because I honestly didn't know about going around and explaining it to him. It also didn't help that I kept forgetting to tell him. Long story short, I'm taking care of this situation entirely this time, and will not need any help...and that feels empowering, in a way. Feeling like you have to be a responsible adult sucks sometimes, though.
I get ready in a breakneck fashion after that debt discussion. We finally got to see Les Miserables together. I think the movie did itself major justice. You could tell since I was blubbering a good portion of the movie. Ian admitted that he teared up too; he also really enjoyed it.
On that note, he's trying to find the best soundtrack that would do Les Mis fans proud. Anyone know the best soundtrack released to date? Help!
Ian and I swore to never bicker on holidays again, as best as we could. Yesterday really hurt us both. I'm glad we made amends. We even pinky promised. I only do that for the promises I plan on taking to the grave.
Dad picked up Evelyn and me past 3 p.m. After we got to my folks' house, we ate a bunch of food and hungout with my side of the family. Ian only didn't go due to sleeping for work. Hanging out was quite nice, especially since Remi wasn't barking. We also made mom's night.
Oh, and screw traditional champagne (lols Just kidding! Champagne is still pretty tasty. :P )-Plum wine is the right way to ring in the New Year! ;D
