I tried out the Vata Namaste Yoga sequence, and I'm loving it. I'm a Vata-Pitta type, so this sequence was perfect.
I plan on doing the Pitta sequence tomorrow.
What I love about the sequence was that it was short and to the point, but the stretches themselves were extended. Oh, and the creator of Namaste Yoga was leading these type of poses on camera too. ^w^
The biggest kicker to Vata is the breathing exercises, which I'm still working on.
Ayurvedic yoga is so addicting. :P
